• Buy outright: $295 each.
• Finance: $345 each, plus shipping. No down payment. Paid off from 50% of that reader's card sales, drawn from your bank account twice a month for the first three months, then monthly. Up to 10 financed Card Readers at a time.
• Lease: $22.00 a Card Reader each month for 12 months, subscription included. Deposit: 1 month(s) of the lease price, which pays for the last month(s). Buy it at the end for $195. Shipping is free.
• Swap your Nayax or Kiosoft reader for ours: Free. No shipping cost. We pay Nayax's transfer fee of $25.00.
• Included with every Card Reader: Standard Pulse Harness Kit, Coin mech adapter plate - Torvyn reader and Bill acceptor adapter plate - Torvyn reader.
• Extra harness kits and plates: Coin mech adapter plate - Torvyn reader $15.00 each.
• Activation fee: Free.

• Buy outright: $395 each.

• The monthly subscription and card sale fees are the same as for Route Operators. Leases, swaps and warehouse holds are for Route Operators only.

• 1 to 4 counted Card Readers at a location: $8.00 each a month.
• 5 to 9 counted Card Readers: $7.00 each a month.
• 10 or more counted Card Readers: $6.00 each a month.
• Every Card Reader at a location counts and is billed at that rate. One that has not reported for 30 days stops counting until it reports again, and is still billed.
• Route Operators, active in your warehouse: $8.00 a Card Reader each month.
• Route Operators, on hold in your warehouse: $2.00 a Card Reader each month.
• Leased Card Readers: no subscription; the lease price covers it.
• A Card Reader's subscription starts at its first card sale, or 30 days after delivery. We bill a month ahead on your billing day the 1st or the 15th.
• Contract length: Month to month.
• PCI fee: Free.

• Our payment processing partner pays your card sales into your bank and may charge you its own fees, such as a monthly account fee, under your merchant agreement.

• Free on every order within 30 days after your first order. Financed orders always pay shipping.
• After that: $10.00 for an order with a Card Reader, and $5.00 for an order of parts only.
• Leases and swaps: always free.
• Expedited, on Card Readers bought outright only: $20.00 a Card Reader.

• Returning a Card Reader for your own reasons: $30.00.
• Handing back a financed Card Reader within three months: $50.00, plus the return label.
• A leased Card Reader not returned: up to an amount not set yet each.
• An old reader not returned after a swap: up to an amount not set yet each.
• A faulty Card Reader not returned after a warranty replacement: up to $295, by a person's decision, never automatically.
• Ending the service for a Card Reader outside the return window and the Warranty: $25.00.
• A failed payment: any fee our bank or payments provider charges us for it. We charge no late fee.
