Program name: Torvyn arcOP. Our texts come from Torvyn (ArcaMaster TX USA LLC) for arcOP. Our reminder texts start with "Torvyn:".
Account texts: codes to verify your mobile number and to sign in, and messages about your orders, your Card Readers and steps you still need to finish, such as finishing setup after an order. These go to the mobile number on your arcOP account.
Marketing texts: we send these, such as sign-up reminders, only to people who tick the box agreeing to them. Sign-up reminders go out on days 1, 3, 7, 30, 60, 90 and 180 after you verify your number, between 10 AM and 7 PM your time, and stop when you finish signing up, reply STOP, or your sign-up is closed or deleted.
How often: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
To stop: reply STOP at any time to cancel.

Not required: agreeing to marketing texts is not a condition of signing up or of buying anything.
Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number: we never sell or share your mobile number or your agreement to texts with anyone for their marketing. The companies that deliver our texts get your number only to deliver them. Our Privacy policy has more.
Records: we keep a record of each agreement, with the words you agreed to, for at least five years.
