• arcOP has no cancel button. To cancel an order before it ships, contact us through the chat in arcOP or at support@torvyntech.com.
• A US order cancelled before it ships is refunded in full, shipping and expedited included.
• A financed order may be cancelled before it ships too, and any shipping paid on it is refunded.
• Once anything in an order has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. You can return it under the rules below.
• A game card system order shipped from the factory overseas cannot be cancelled once it is paid.

• Ask us within 14 days from delivery, through the chat in arcOP or at support@torvyntech.com.
• Send it back in the same box, with every harness, plate and other part that came with it.
• Buy the return label through us. We send it to you.
• A return fee of $30.00 comes off your refund. There is no fee when the fault is ours, for example a Card Reader that is defective or does not work.
• When we agree the fault is ours, we pay for the return label.
• If you tell us the fault is ours and our check shows it is not, the return fee comes off your refund.

• We refund once we have received and checked your return.
• We may take off the value of anything missing or damaged, such as a harness cut to wire it in, starting from the price you paid for it.
• If nothing is taken off, we refund your payment the usual way. If something is taken off, we send you the rest as a separate payment.
• Original shipping and expedited charges are not refunded on a return, unless the fault is ours.

• Financed: within three months you may hand a financed Card Reader back for a fee of $50.00, plus a return label you buy through us. After that it cannot be handed back.
• Leased: a leased Card Reader comes back at the end of its term under the lease rules in our Terms of service.
• Swapped: the swap rules in our Terms of service apply.
• The rules for returning a Card Reader for your own reasons are for Card Readers bought outright. Financed, leased and swapped Card Readers follow the rules above.
• A parts-only order can be returned within 14 days from delivery if it is unused and in its packaging; it is refunded without its shipping. Custom game cards cannot be returned. A game card system follows its quote.
