• We ship from our office at 180 S Western Ave, Juneau, WI 53039.
• We ship only to addresses in the United States.

• A paid order ships once its payment has cleared. A financed, leased or swap order ships once we approve it and you sign its agreement. A lease also waits for its deposit to clear.
• A Card Reader order ships only after your bank is linked and our payment processing partner has approved your merchant account. A warranty replacement is the exception.
• Once your order is clear to ship, you have one hour to set your Card Readers' names and prices. Then we build, set up and test each reader at our office, and ship it.
• Your orders going to the same address are combined into one shipment until the first one ships.
• Once your order ships, you see the carrier and tracking number on it.

• If we cannot ship by the time we gave you, we will tell you before that time, give you a new date, and let you choose to wait or to cancel the items not yet shipped for a prompt, full refund.
• If we gave you no time, the same applies as if we had promised to ship within 30 days of receiving your completed order, or 50 days when you pay through financing we provide. These are the Federal Trade Commission's rules for orders placed online.

• Shipping is charged once per checkout.
• Every order you place within 30 days after your first order ships free. Financed orders always pay shipping.
• After that, shipping is $10.00 for an order with a Card Reader, and $5.00 for an order of parts only.
• Leased Card Readers and swaps always ship free. A swap's return label is free too.
• Warranty replacements ship free, with a prepaid return label.

• For $20.00 a Card Reader, an expedited order moves ahead of every standard order in our build queue and ships by a faster service.
• Expedited is offered only on Card Readers bought outright, and for the whole order. It is never offered on financed, leased or swapped Card Readers, on orders of parts only, or on game card systems.
• If an expedited order is cancelled before it ships, the expedited charge is refunded with everything else.
• Expedited buys a place at the front of our build queue and a faster shipping service. It is not a promise to ship by a certain day.

• We use the cheapest rate among our carriers, unless you chose expedited. We may upgrade your shipment to a faster service at our own cost.

• We carry the risk of loss or damage until your shipment is delivered. If a shipment arrives damaged, or does not arrive, tell us within 7 days of delivery, or of the expected delivery day, and we replace it or refund it.

• Shipping for a game card system is quoted with the system, and you pay it, including under the Free Install Program. Some items ship straight from the factory overseas. Game card systems never ship expedited.
