• We warrant each Card Reader for two years from the day it is delivered to you. If it is defective, or stops working in normal use, during that time, we replace it, or at our choice repair it, at no charge.
• A replacement comes as the whole package again: a Card Reader with its harness kit and plates. A replacement for a Card Reader you bought or are financing is a new reader. For a leased reader, it may be a used reader from our lease stock that we have checked.
• Your replacement takes over the old reader's name, prices, location and place on your bill.
• A harness, plate or bracket is not swapped under this warranty. If one arrives defective, tell us and we send a free replacement part.

• ArcaMaster game card system hardware we sell carries a warranty of two years from the day it is delivered. Parts that wear out, such as cards, wristbands and paper, are not covered. To make a claim, contact us through the chat in arcOP or at support@torvyntech.com.

• Damage from installing or wiring a Card Reader the wrong way.
• Cut or changed harnesses.
• Water or other liquids.
• Opening, changing or tampering with a Card Reader, or using it with anything other than our service.
• Obvious physical damage, or a fault you caused.
• Damage to the machine a Card Reader is installed in, or to anything else.
• Lost plays, sales or profits while a Card Reader is not working.

1. Contact us through the chat in arcOP or at support@torvyntech.com. Tell us which Card Reader and what is wrong, and send a photo or two.
2. We approve a swap unless there is obvious damage or proof that the fault is yours.
3. Once we approve it, we send the replacement ahead of other orders, with a prepaid return label in the box, and email you the steps.
4. Send the faulty Card Reader back on that label, with as much of its package as you can, within 30 days after the replacement is delivered. We remind you on days 14 and 25.
5. If it does not come back in time, we may decide to charge you up to $295 for it, to the card or bank on file. A person decides this; it is never charged automatically.

THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY WARRANTY WE GIVE ON HARDWARE WE SELL OR LEASE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM EVERY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR ONLY REMEDY FOR A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PLAYS, SALES OR PROFITS, OR FOR DAMAGE TO ANY MACHINE.
