Delete your account

1. Open Torvyn arcOP and sign in.
2. Tap Menu, then tap your name at the bottom of the menu to open Profile.
3. Tap the last row: Delete my account if you are the account's Owner, or Delete my login if you are not.
4. Tap Request deletion, then tap Request deletion again to confirm.

An Owner's request covers every account they own and the data it holds. Anyone else asks to delete only their own login and its data; the business account and its card readers aren't affected.

• Email support@torvyntech.com from your account's email address, and say whether you want your account deleted or only your login.

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• Every other personal detail we hold about you, such as the addresses and business details you gave us.
• For an Owner's request, the same for the account and for the people on it.

• Records of orders, payments, invoices, card sales and payouts, with your personal details taken out, for 7 years.
• Our activity log, which is permanent. It names who made each change by their account email and keeps other personal details out of it.

• We finish within 30 days of your request.
